Clemson, South Carolina
We pull a dump trailer straight to the house, the apartment lot, or the curb. Load it yourself over the week, or leave it to us and we will clear the place out. Either way it is gone before the lease is up.
Tell us the address and roughly what is going out.
Every May the same thing happens. Leases end within days of each other, everyone is gone by the weekend, and what will not fit in the car gets left where it stands. Futons on the porch. A mattress leaning against the fence. Two mini-fridges nobody wants to claim. In August the move-in wave does it again with packaging and the furniture that did not survive the summer.
Regular trash pickup is not built for that, and a pile at the curb is usually the tenant's problem right up until it becomes the landlord's. We handle both ends of it, and because we pull our own trailer we can work around a move-out date instead of a dispatcher's schedule.
We bring the trailer and park it where you can reach it. You and your roommates fill it whenever you get to it, then we come back and haul it off. Cheapest option if you have a few days and some hands.
Best for: houses, Greek houses, anyone with a driveway
Point at what goes and we will carry it out. Useful when nobody is left in town, when a unit has to be empty for an inspection, or when what is going out is heavier than anyone wants to wrestle down a stairwell.
Best for: landlords, property managers, out-of-town parents
The single most common thing we pull out of a student place.
Usually too big for a car and too far gone to sell.
Appliances are fine. Tell us if a fridge is going out.
Flat-pack furniture rarely survives a second move.
We will take them and sort out where they go.
The everything-else layer once the furniture is out.
A few things we cannot put in the trailer: paint, fuel, propane tanks, tyres and anything hazardous. Ask before you pile it and we will tell you where it can go.
Splitting a trailer between a house of four is usually cheaper per person than anything else, and you are not making trips to a transfer station during finals.
Turnover windows are short. We can clear a unit between tenants, and if you have several units going at once we will work through them in one trip out.
If you are driving in for the weekend to empty an apartment, book the trailer ahead and it will be waiting when you get there.
Summer is when the renovations happen. Drywall, old cabinets, flooring and fixtures all go in the same trailer.
As early as you know your lease end date. Everyone in town needs the same two weeks, so that stretch books up before anything else in the year.
Usually yes, and a trailer is easier to place than a roll-off container because we tow it in and back it into the spot. Tell us the complex and where you were thinking, and if the space is tight we will come look before the day.
If the trailer is going on property you do not own, check with whoever manages it first. Most are glad someone is dealing with the pile properly. We can talk to them directly if that is easier.
Yes. That is the junk removal option rather than the rental. Arrange access with us, tell us what stays and what goes, and we will send you photos when the place is clear.
A dump trailer sits on tyres rather than being dragged off a truck bed, which is exactly why a lot of people prefer one on an older driveway. If you are worried about a particular surface, say so and we will put boards down.
It depends on how much is going out, whether you are loading it or we are, and where in Clemson you are. Call or send the form and you will get an actual number, not a range.
